Snow Exploration

Notes: Unfortunately I underestimated the scope and ran out of time, so this game is not finished, but it should be playable. It lacks music and sounds as well as general polish though. If you encounter any issues, feel free to leave a comment.

A wintery first person platformer/exploration game. Explore the mountain and collect all the stars, but beware the cold!

Hints

- Rest at a fire to restore warmth. Being close to a fire lets you see the positions of stars to point you in the right direction. You also restart at a fire if you die.
- Touch a pile of snow to pick up a snowball. Snowballs can be used to attack enemies as well as to extinguish torches.
- Jumping is automatic and has a lot of momentum to it. The faster you run, the farther you will jump!
- Swing your lantern at torches to light them up and open new paths. You can also melt enemies with it, if you get close enough.

Controls
- use WASD to move, run off a ledge to jump
- click left to swing lantern/hold and release to throw a snowball
- click right to switch back to your lantern
- Esc to quit the game
